OAK TASTING
Tasting the wine post-fermentation, but prior to the addition of oak. We taste samples of different oak treatments to learn how wine can influence the finished product Typically JULY-August, dates TBC.
BOTTLING
Putting the final product into bottles ready to take home and enjoy.. Typically over a weekend in December - dates TBC.
