Vintage Update No5-

Our bucket sample from yesterday. Acid levels are looking good. Sugar levels on track for early march start to harvest. The warm weather has given the Baume quite a boost. Up from 10.0 a week ago. This is an advanced block, so don't panic, but other fruit blocks will also be moving forward.
