Night Terroir Dark Vineyard Ale

A sophisticated hybrid born at the intersection of soil and spent grain.

Brewed on-site at our home at Shiraz Republic, Night Terroir began as a robust, high-gravity dark ale before being infused with estate-grown Shiraz juice. To extract the true "soul" of the season, the fermenting ale underwent a seven-day maceration on crushed Shiraz skins, drawing deep tannins and colour directly from the fruit. The result is a powerhouse profoundly tied to the land.

Half the batch has been canned — a limited release for Carwyn Cellars' 2026 Black Box.
