We are all set for a start to picking in the coming week. Last Monday's pick of 750kg for our home winemaker who took their fruit early due to a booked holiday returned a sample of 12.75Be'. Our test on Friday 14th Feb show the fruit has continued its steady ripening. Two blocks are now in the low 13+Be' zone. These should be 13.5+ by mid-week. We'll start slowing and pick up the pace from Monday 24th Feb. Get ready folks!
