It's been a cooler week, but the grapes continue to ripen. Some blocks of fruit are ready to pick. But I'm also pleased to see from our tests that there are some blocks of fruit that are still 2 or 3 weeks away from being ready. We have started picking in earnest. So far we have delivered 31 orders for a total of 10.5 tonnes. I have scheduled some deliveries to Melbourne, but we are limited in the days we can deliver. Delivery runs are organised to avoid criss-crossing Melbourne. Remember, if you want your delivery on a specific day or at a specific Baume/Brix then you are always welcome to collect from the vineyard.
